If, due to an unintentional error, we process a purchase of an unavailable product, we will inform you by email as soon as possible that the requested product is unavailable and your order will not be processed.

The products offered will only be available for delivery and shipping within the non-insular Republic of Chile, to all regions of the country.

Exceptionally, after the stock validation and reconfirmation process and before sending you the Purchase Confirmation email, the order may be rejected if there are inconsistencies with the data you provided as the buyer, or if the selected products are out of stock. In such cases, we will send you an email informing you of the situation, and we will proceed to refund any amounts already paid, all as quickly as possible.

All product prices listed on the website are in Chilean pesos and include Value Added Tax (VAT), in accordance with current legislation. Products are only available for delivery and shipping within the mainland of Chile (excluding islands). All products you order will be sent to Blue Express in Santiago within a maximum of 3 business days, from where they will be distributed nationwide. Final delivery time is subject to Blue Express's distribution and service schedule. When you place your order, the system will automatically calculate an estimated delivery date based on your address.

Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances arise, we will ship your order within the timeframe indicated on the Website according to the selected shipping method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from the date the Purchase Confirmation email is sent. If the order consists of more than one Product, these may be delivered on different days, and you will be informed of this beforehand. Due to local measures that partially restrict vehicle traffic on business days, delivery times to remote cities or municipalities may be longer than indicated.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this and give you the option of proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

For the purposes of these Terms, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the Products, which will be evidenced by a signature upon receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. If delivery of your order is impossible due to circumstances beyond the control of EL PRINCIPAL, such as no one being present or only an adult being present at the address you provided, your order will be returned to our warehouse. To exchange or return the product:

1. The product must be sealed, with its original packaging complete and in perfect condition.
2. All packaging materials must be returned in good condition, and their respective value, previously informed, may also be paid.
3. All product accessories must be returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at ventas@elprincipal.cl , of his decision to withdraw from the purchase.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from us, without deducting any expenses, as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than forty-five (45) calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
